Arnold "Wrangler" Tholkes, the Colorado State Representative, will mail an application and additional information for your review upon request.
You must be a veteran who has served in any United States Armed Service and was in combat, or in the theater for combat operations. Your DD-214 is required for verification. Active duty personnel should provide a copy of your orders and/or decoration citation.
Note - the annual membership dues are $15.00 for full member and $10.00 for auxiliary and support members. The CVMA is a non-profit association.
The two Colorado Chapters, 3-1 and 3-2, are Northern and Southern respectively, and is generally divided at about the town of Castle Rock near Denver.
